We are seeking a Process Control Engineer to help translate R&D-developed processes into stable, scalable, and repeatable manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do
- Translate lab-scale processes into production-ready systems
- Optimize process parameters (flow, voltage, temperature, etc.)
- Work with automation and PLC systems to improve control and stability
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues in production
- Collaborate with R&D and operations to improve yield and consistency
- Support scale-up and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field
- Experience with industrial automation, PLC, or control systems
- Strong understanding of process optimization and troubleshooting
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Familiarity with instrumentation, sensors, and data monitoring
- Exposure to high-voltage systems or advanced materials is a plus
We are searching for a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and ensure efficient, reliable, and high-quality production within our electrospinning facility.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure that targets are met
- Coordinate production schedules and resource planning
- Lead and coach team leaders and shift leaders to ensure optimal performance and adherence to procedures
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Manage inventory levels and support procurement of materials
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes and performance development of the team
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Proven experience in managing plant operations, cross-functional coordination, budgeting and strategic planning

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and operations roles
- Manage employee relations and support a positive workplace culture
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Implement performance management and HR policies
- Liaise with government agencies (DOLE, PEZA, LGU)

What We're Looking For
